Overview
Valmar & Associates, LLC (Valmar) was formed in 2003 as a private, independent consulting firm focused on assisting senior executives with business and strategy development. The firm’s heritage included experience gained from global technology and consulting firms, IBM, Ernst & Young and Accenture. Legal and environmental policy experience was extended in 2007.
We provide organizations with expert consulting and assistance in sustainable business practices. Our focus includes the development of sustainable models for business growth, understanding & optimizing “green” practices that reduce an organization’s carbon footprint and leveraging the value of carbon credit trading. We are a global firm providing market evaluation, business planning, legal guidance, government relations & representation as well as energy and environmental policy analysis. Our initial relationship with a client is often assistance with a project based or organization wide GHG inventory. In the area of carbon credits, we also provide market orientation and strategy as well as assistance with project feasibility, development and commercialization of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction credits.
Our aim is to promote policies, practices and actions that support sustainability, reduce the negative consequences of climate change, responsibly manage natural resources and provide profitable opportunities for our stakeholders.
